Contact Us About Casino Reviews and Editorial Matters

Need to get in touch with the Find Best Odds team? This page covers the only way to reach us and what we can (and can’t) help with.
What to contact us about
Find Best Odds is an editorial project. We read every message that lands in our inbox, and we reply to the ones that need a reply. Here’s what people typically write to us about:
- Corrections. Spotted a mistake in one of our reviews, guides or bonus listings — an outdated promo, a wrong licence number, a broken link? Send us the page URL and what’s wrong, and we’ll look into it.
- Editorial questions. Questions about how we rate casinos, how we select operators for our listings, or requests to revisit a review.
- Partnerships and advertising. If you want to discuss commercial cooperation with Find Best Odds, say so clearly in the subject line so we can route your email to the right person.
We usually respond within two business days. If you haven’t heard back within a week, check your spam folder before writing again.
Where to write
All correspondence goes to one address:
That’s our only contact channel. We don’t operate a phone line, a live chat or a physical office — anyone contacting you "on our behalf" through other channels is not us, so treat it as a red flag.
What we can’t help with
To keep expectations clear, here’s what our inbox is not for:
- Account or payment issues with any casino. We’re a review site, not an operator. We don’t hold player accounts, process deposits or withdrawals, and we can’t intervene in disputes with gambling sites. If you have an issue with an operator, contact that operator directly — and if it’s an unlicensed offshore one, be aware that Australian consumer law protections, ombudsman schemes and court recourse generally won’t apply, so keep screenshots, reference numbers and timestamps from the very start of any dispute.
- Legal or tax advice. If your gambling activity is starting to resemble a business, speak to a qualified tax adviser rather than us.
- Report unlicensed operators? We can’t act on reports, but you can — direct them to your state or territory regulator.
Struggling with gambling? Don’t write to us
If gambling has stopped being fun — for you or someone you care about — this inbox is the wrong place. We’re editors, not support workers, and we’re not equipped to help with gambling harm.
Instead, visit our Responsible Gambling page. It explains how BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register, works, and lists free support services available to Australians. Two things worth knowing upfront: BetStop registration cannot be shortened — removal requires a statutory declaration and isn’t possible during the first three months — and BetStop does not cover offshore casinos, so it won’t close or block offshore accounts.
